Where to have a kid's birthday party?

We host birthday ride parties at the event center at the base of our property on Saturdays and Sundays, mornings or afternoons — with plenty of shade and available parking. You can bring your own activities, entertainment, music, decorations, food, and beverages. We only ask that you skip balloons, as they can be distracting to the horses.

How far in advance to send invitations?

It's best to send invitations 3 to 4 weeks in advance so parents can clear their schedules and RSVP. For busy times like school holidays, send them 4 to 6 weeks ahead. Many parents choose digital invitations to easily track RSVPs and send reminders.

How to plan the party

Break the process into simple steps to keep it manageable: set a budget, choose a theme, plan fun age-appropriate activities, and keep the menu simple with kid-friendly finger foods.

For outdoor fun and pony rides, comfort matters most — jeans, t-shirts, and sturdy shoes like boots or sneakers, with layers in case the weather changes.
